It's for you if
- You want to get shredded

- You want a plan to follow, not more videos to watch
- You can train 6 days a week
Ten weeks isn't long. It's long enough to change everything if you're consistent.
Questions
Will I lose muscle while I'm cutting?
Not if you follow it. Protein stays high, you keep lifting heavy and the deficit is moderate, not a crash diet. The whole point is getting lean without looking smaller.
Do I have to count calories?
For the 10 weeks, yes. It's the difference between guessing and knowing. The PDF shows you how to set your numbers and track them without it taking over your day.
How much weight will I lose?
Depends where you start and how consistent you are. The goal isn't a number on the scale, it's how you look. Week by week tracking tells you if you're on pace.
I've never cut before. Is this for me?
Yes, if you already train. Everything's spelled out: what to eat, how to train, how much to move. If you've never touched a weight, start in the free Skool community first and come back to this.
Do I need a gym?
Yes. The training is built around gym equipment. It's not a home workout plan.
Do I need to buy supplements?
No. The guide tells you what's actually worth it and what's a waste of money. Everything works without them.
